Inspiration

There have been a few articles on other blogs that have inspired me and that I think of often. One of them is this post by Laura Fountain over at Lazy Girl Running. Seriously, I love this post. Pretty much every person, even the super models of us, have some things about our appearance we wish we could change. Hopefully, we all have things we love about ourselves as well. For some reason, our society has made it taboo to talk about the things we love and just fine to talk about those bits we hate. Why this is, I do not know.

Whenever I start to think about the things about me that seem they will never change, or the accomplishments I have made in my workout routine, or what is improving, I think back to this article. This article is a great inspiration to stop clocking every ounce gained or lost and every inch to go. Look at how far we have all come. We are working to be healthier and live better, and honestly, that is pretty incredible! I hope this article by inspires you as much as it inspired me.

Just in case you are extra interested, here is Laura's What I See Campaign video. Happy Tuesday.
